I created this page to highlight some of the tools and resources that have had a big impact on my business. I’ll add to it as I am introduced to new services that prove to be valuable for me. Feel free to bookmark this page for your reference and convenience.

They are basically giving me the share they would have given a sales rep had you learned about it from them. I have experience with all of these companies, and I recommend them because they are helpful and useful, not because of the small commissions I make if you decide to become a customer.  Please do not spend any money on these products unless you feel you need them or that they will help you achieve your goals.

contactually_logo_smallwhiteContactually is a must-have app for anyone who needs to maintain regular communication with their clients and network. Itprovides too many incredible functions to list here, so I will just cover the basics. For starters, you can assign your contacts into buckets and set the frequency at which you want to remain in contact with them (i.e. 30 days, 90 days, etc.). Then, Contactually automatically connects with your email and social accounts and if you have not made contact with someone during your allotted time period, you will get a reminder. If you are anything like and you send a lot of introduction emails, you will love their “Intro Maker” feature. Whenever you connect two people, Contactually will store the 1-2 sentences you used to describe each person. For any future intros you may make, it will populate the email with their data and past descriptions. I am just scratching the surface and encourage you to see all that Contactually has to offer. saneboxSaneBox is an amazing service that saves me 3-4 hours per week. It basically analyzes your past behavior (which emails you open, which you respond to, etc.) and determines importance of incoming emails without ever looking at the content (only the headers). It moves unimportant emails out of the Inbox into a separate folder and summarizes them in a digest at the end of the day.   I also love how it lets you schedule reminders for the time period you choose (days, week, etc.) for when people don’t reply to your emails. newsle_logoNewsle tracks your Facebook friends, LinkedIn connections & email contacts in the news (you can also track people you are not connected with). Whenever someone in your network is mentioned, you will be notified. This is a great tool for monitoring the accomplishments of those in your network, and reminding them that you are paying attention. Newsle is free and I encourage you to sign up.
